Refund policy
At Urban Rizz, we maintain a strict quality-first policy. Returns and refunds are only applicable in cases where the product received has a genuine defect or an issue from our end. We do not offer returns or refunds for reasons such as incorrect size selection or change of mind. However, in case of a sizing issue, we do provide an exchange option subject to availability. We request all customers to carefully review product details, size charts, and descriptions before placing an order.
Exceptions:
Returns or refunds will only be considered in the case of:
- Damaged or defective product received
- Incorrect item shipped
In such cases, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photo/video proof and order details on WhatsApp at 883-0081211. Once verified, our team will assist you with the next steps.
Terms of Exchange:
- Exchanges are only applicable for size-related issues
- Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Exchange is subject to stock availability
- Shipping and handling charges for exchanges will be borne by the customer
- Only one-time exchange is allowed per order
